Scott VanDeman


Scott VanDeman’s 30 years of professional experience in public- and private-sector public relations, including more than 10 years of people-management and management-consulting experience, uniquely qualify him to provide effective leadership in communications.

He is an international-award-winning, all-around communications professional with vast experience in all areas of public relations and marketing communications. In 2005, he was honored to receive the Tallahassee Social Services Volunteer of the Year award, and in 2009 he received a gubernatorial appointment to the Sunshine Census Statewide Complete Count Committee.

John L. Horne

Creative Director

John L. Horne has more than 20 years of design and advertising experience. His extensive experience includes serving in positions ranging from a graphic designer for the Tallahassee Democrat to leading the art team for WKRC Television in Cincinnati, once the top-rated CBS affiliate in the nation.

An individual Emmy Award nominee for Television Graphics Non-News, he is also skilled in video production, web development, software testing, and product presentation. He is a published author on various techniques in creating electronic graphics and has lectured at the University of Cincinnati.

Amy Bradbury


Amy Bradbury graduated from Florida State University with a major in finance and additional studies in Accounting Information Systems. She is currently pursing a master’s degree in Management, Leadership and Strategy from the Eli School of Business at Michigan State University. While at FSU, she volunteered in the Governors International Affairs Commission and came to love Tallahassee and the opportunities the state’s Capital City offers

Amy has more than 20 years of experience in auditing, grants management and accounting. She serves as the Chair of the Sharing Tree, a reuse center focused on arts and education. She also is the President of the Florida Grants Developers Network K-12, and is a 2016 Catalyst with the Knights Creative Communities Initiative.


Deanna Anne Mims


With more than 20 years experience with social impact organizations, Deanna Mims, CEO of our partner agency MarketDone Communications, offers expertise in social media, marketing messaging, networking, signature events and public relations. Her clients come from all walks of the entrepreneurial and business space, as well as nonprofit and trade associations. She speaks, trains and facilitates on a variety of marketing topics.

Active in our community, Deanna is Past President of BPW (Business & Professional Women), has been recognized as one of the Tallahassee Democrat’s 25 Women You Should Know, and is communications VP for Association for Talent Development Tallahassee. She is a graduate of the 2011 Tallahassee /Leon County’s Economic Development Council’s Entrepreneurial Excellence Program.
